    Pull your last 3 months of collections from your practice management software. A screenshot is fine.

    If you have it: your hygiene reappointment rate and new patient count for the same period.
  • 3
    Sit with this question: "What would it mean if collections grew 30–40% in the next 12 months?" That's what we're going to show you is possible — or not.

What the call is — and isn't

We're not going to pitch you in the first five minutes. We're going to spend most of the call actually looking at your practice. If coaching is the right fit at the end, we'll tell you what that looks like. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.
